The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, the main kitchen & shower are shared. No pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Situated in a quaint town in beautiful country, this cozy and tranquil 1-bedroom 975 sq ft home features a lovely secluded fenced garden yard with patio table and lighted umbrella, kettle BBQ, 2 person inflatable hot tub. Close to Skunk Train, Olde Town shopping, restaurants, art gallery, museum, parks, rodeo grounds. Great home base for day trips to the redwoods or the stunning Mendocino Coastline. Strong Wi-Fi offers reliable streaming!

Willits Cozy Cottage

Quaint little guest unit in walking distance to the Skunk train depot and downtown Willits. It has its own private fenced in yard as well as a large shared patio area. It is a studio lay out with a cal king bed and a sofa bed. Has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. On the property we have chickens. (They are free range, so watch your step) Pet friendly, however there is an additional $10 fee.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
