Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! Welcome to our Mid-Century Modern waterfront escape on Curry Creek, minutes from Nokomis Beach (2 miles) and Venice Beach (3 miles). Spend your days fishing from the private dock, paddling one of 4 kayaks, or biking the Legacy Trail with 6 bikes. Evenings are for the firepit, grilling on the charcoal BBQ, or cornhole under the stars. We’ve stocked shark tooth gear, beach essentials, toiletries, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, and a welcome bottle of wine — so you can arrive, unpack, and relax.

Located in Nokomis FL, a few miles from Venice Florida. This house is located on the water near the famous Venice Inlet waterway. Enjoy quiet, spacious, family friendly accommodations, with direct water access just a few minutes to the beach. Divers welcome. We have plenty of space for drying and rinsing gear and dive buoys. Two stand up paddle boards and two person kayak included with life jackets of all sizes.
