The space is designed as a small apartment adjacent to the Winery. Relax in this stylish space located on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from campus and downtown. It is close enough to easily get to anywhere in Lawrence, while avoiding the chaos of foot traffic. This basement apartment has its own private living space with a code check-in entrance. The apartment is a one bedroom with a large living room, beautiful hand crafted kitchenette, and a newly remodeled bathroom. We have a beautiful yard and back patio that guests are welcome to use as well.

The Bait Shop, close to KU and downtown!

The bait shop is a private, separate house, with its own entry and parking. It’s very cozy and quiet. It’s a short walk south to the KU stadium, and a ten-minute walk to lovely downtown Lawrence. The house is perfect for a single person or couple. We recently added an outdoor patio area with a barbecue grill for your enjoyment!
