SHORT RENTAL TERM AVAILABLE ON REQUEST 'Harmony Cottage' will fulfill your holiday's expectations offering you a peaceful atmosphere for a unique experience. The Cottage is surrounded by the Mediterranean bushes and trees where your senses will find harmony and tranquillity. A detached property within a secluded garden, patio with Bbq, open air Jacuzzi to enjoy your nights watching the stars. A stylish modern rustic interiors, Thailand style bed, large bathroom suite and fully featured kitchen.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Trastevere Cottage

Make breakfast in a simple galley kitchen and sit on a cozy patio enclosed by a moss-covered stone wall (please put back inside the kitchen chair and table after using them as per condo’s rules). It's easy to soak up the vibe of Trastevere and go exploring from this quaint home. And when the day is done, climb to a comfy sleeping loft. The cottage is located on a hill. To reach the cottage you have to go up the street along a flight of fifty comfortable steps of about 15 cm (6 inches) each.

Queste e tante altre cose potrete fare scegliendo di soggiornare nella nostra villa. Ai bordi del Lago di Scanno, il bacino naturale più amato d'Abruzzo a due km. da Scanno e Villalago (Borghi più belli d'Italia), nel Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo!

The cottage is located within an estate with a park of over 12000sqm. The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

Farmhouse between Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio

Rural house, located among Umbria, Tuscany and Latium, in a very interesting area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

Cottage Nonnannita

Cottage ai piedi del Gran Sasso, nel cuore del Parco Naturale Regionale Sirente Velino. La nostra casa vacanza offre una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e un divano letto matrimoniale, ospitando comodamente fino a 4 persone. Ideale per camminate, escursioni in mountain bike e come base per le piste da sci. Immerso nella natura, è l'ideale per una vacanza selvaggia, in armonia con l'ambiente circostante.

Delizioso e romantico cottage ottimo per riservatezza e discrezione a 50 mt dal lago. Immerso nel verde degli ulivi con facile accesso alla spiaggia privata. Stanze arredate in stile shabby, per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno, cucina attrezzata. Per offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione lettini in spiaggia gratuiti e la possibilità di pranzo su prenotazione. Colazione inclusa.
