First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

The property is 20 acres with a 2 acre pond, 1 acre of vegetables, 2 dozen goats, (large but gentle) guardian dogs, and a flock of chickens and ducks. The camp sites are scattered around the property, secluded from one another. Enjoy a day of fishing or strolling the property and finish off a relaxing day by watching the sunset by the fire.

Complete privacy! When not exploring nearby sports, eating and shopping, you can relax in the quiet of our 26 acres.
