The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail, hot tub, & propane firepit on the private back patio! Right next door to a coffee shop & playground.

"Fairview" of the Columbia River!

3 bedroom home on 2.5 acres overlooking the lower Columbia River. Main floor includes master suite with 2 queen beds, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed. Downstairs daylight basement includes 1 queen, 2 twins. All rooms have a view of the Columbia River! We are 9 miles off Hwy 4 in Wahkiakum county. Definitely out in the country! Guests often enjoy seeing deer and bald eagles flying by. The last couple of miles are pretty winding, but the view at the end is worth it!
