Chassahowitzka/Homosassa Waterfront Home

Remodeled Water Front Property with beautiful furnishings. There are two bedrooms, two baths, and a large lanai overlooking the canal. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Walking distance to Chassahowitzka campgrounds, a bait shop, and a bar/restaurant. Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Well maintained short (1/10 mi) non-paved driveway with night reflectors. Two pets accepted (see details below). 5 miles to World Equestrian & Florida Aquatics Centers. 10 mi to SSprings. Queen bed and bunk w/full/twin beds, a full kitchen, washer & dryer. Wifi 10mbps. Host pays ALL airbnb fees!! Guest ONLY pays occupancy taxes. NO cleaning fee.

No Parties or Events!! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home close to downtown, parks, trails and race track. Big screen TV's, comfortable seating, memory foam mattresses, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, high speed internet & TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds have memory foam mattresses Conveniently located half a mile from Withlacoochee State Trail. A short drive to Crystal River and Fort Island Beach.

Palm Waters Riverhouse

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Mermaid Life, Sleeps 6 W/ Gulf Access and 6 kayaks

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.

Upon arrival read the local information guide I have written and start enjoying the “Nature Coast” of Florida. It is essential to read this to get the most from your trip. Use my kayaks and paddle over the manatees in Crystal River, fish the gulf for saltwater or freshwater fishing at Lake Rousseau, and take a leisurely paddle down the Rainbow River in Dunnellon. Kayaks are on a trailer that has a 1 7/8-inch ball.
