Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Charmant & gemütlich eingerichtete Dachgeschosswohnung mit hohen Decken, Sichtbalken, sonnigem West-Balkon, Kamin und offenen Wohn-/Essbereich- Familien geeignet. Unsere 80 qm Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, direkt unterhalb König Ludwigs II Märchenschloss Neuschwanstein und mit Blick auf das Schloss Hohenschwangau. In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

Gemütliche Wohnung, Traumblick auf See und Berge

Aufwachen mit Blick auf Allgäuer Berge und Zugspitze, über der die Morgensonne den Himmel rot färbt. Frühstücken mit Blick auf den Weißensee. Am Nachmittag auf dem gemütlichen Sofa erholen von der Wanderung auf den zu Fuß erreichbaren Falkenstein, Deutschlands höchste Burgruine, vom Skiausflug ins nahe gelegene Tannheimer Tal, vom Besuch bei König Ludwig II auf Schloss Neuschwanstein oder vom Badetag am Weißensee, der mit klarem Alpenwasser in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung wartet. Meine Unterkunft ist direkt an den Allgäuer Alpen. Im Sommer wundervoll zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren / Mountainbiken. Im Winter kann man Skifahren und Langlaufen. Es gibt wundervolle Badeseen, Königsschlösser, mittelalterliche Burgruinen und viele kulturelle Verastaltungen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, freistehenden und unverbauten Lage. Herrlichem Bergblick und wunderschöner Natur. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung liegt in Prem. Prem am Lech liegt an der Grenze zum Ostallgäu im oberbayerischen Pfaffenwinkel inmitten einer herrlichen Voralpenlandschaft. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Badeseen. Ihre 84qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG mit eigenem Balkon. Einteilung : Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, WC.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

I live in Berlin. This apartment used to be mine and is located in my parents’ house in Schwangau. I currently manage the rental for my parents. They live on site, and I take care of the Airbnb management for them :) Important: Please do not book this accommodation if high-speed Wi-Fi is important to you. The Wi-Fi is unfortunately not very fast. Instead, put your phone away and enjoy the nature, the surroundings, and especially the beautiful view! :)
