And of course, a comfy clean bed and furniture. I strive to provide a safe, quiet, clean and inexpensive accommodations for each guest.

The newly remodeled 2000 sq ft home features an open concept with 3 bedrooms each with their on bathroom, TV and sitting area. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, TV/WiFi and washer and dryer. We are located minutes from The Paragon Casino and downtown Marksville. KK's Little Cottage

Nestled amongst the tall timbers of The Kisatchie National Forest you'll find respite in KK's Little Cottage. The cottage is located down a dead end dirt road that will make you feel hours from town (though you won't actually be)! Hunter's welcome! You're likely to see some type of wildlife, and it is quite possible you will hear shots fired from hunters. We are continually making improvements to the yard...hoping to add a firepit soon! Welcome to our cozy space, enjoy!!

Spring Bayou WMA is located just 5.5 miles away--along with boat launch, ATV trails, hunting, fishing, hiking etc. Reliable Wi-Fi (with many popular streaming services included or use your own) and a well stocked kitchen make time spent indoors enjoyable.
