Our super clean cozy private entrance guest suite just off the 416 in the quaint small town of Kemptville (20 min from Ottawa) can often host last minute bookings. The suite is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door and there are no shared spaces. The self contained suite has a queen-sized bed, 2 TVs, couch, chair, desk, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker. On the main level of a bungalow. Not in a basement! 10 foot ceilings, tons of light! Must have car, no uber, no transit.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable bachelor apartment outside of smiths falls. You have a full kitchen, 3 piece bathroom, 42” TV, new couch. You can practice your putting on the putting green outside the store. The apartment is set at 21 degrees and there is 3 units upstairs. You are not able to change the temperature it stays at 21 degrees. Hope this is not a issue can always supply a heater if needed. The building is off of highway 43. Patio & BBQ. The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

"Quinn’s Guesthouse" Private 2 Bedroom apartment

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv with (Netflix etc). You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.
