Compleet ingericht bovenappartement met een balkon. Terrein is volledig omheind. Het appartement ligt op 10 minuten rijden van het historische centrum, de Kathedrale Basiliek. In iedere slaapkamer een bed 160x200 cm met elk een eigen douche en wc. Parkeren naast het huis. Airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer/keuken. Inbegrepen in de prijs: stroom 20 KWH/dag (ongeveer 8 uren airco op 24 graden Celsius en normaal gebruik van overige apparatuur). Kosten voor meer verbruik stroom is Euro 0,30/KWH.

If you look towards the back of the property you will see green parrots at the top of the trees every morning around 6-7 am. You may also spot the occasional green leguana in the trees or on the fence.
