Come on in and relax - you can't help it: // Guestroom 1 // The Living Area - Cozy & Chic The spacious and inviting sofa is clearly the heart of the room, complemented by the unique furnishings of a converted trunk table. All the details have been chosen with great care and harmonize in a special and very successful way. Even the modern technology, such as the Samsung Smart TV or your laptop, smartphone or iPhone, with which you can access the secure Wi-Fi network free of charge, fits seamlessly into the timeless living ensemble. The room is perfect - a break in style is not even possible. You'll see! The Dining Area - Fantastic & Surprising The large dining table with a tree edge finish stands securely on black 'U' legs. But it has to, because this is going to be your new favorite spot. The large skylight breaks up the gorgeous tent ceiling and lets in plenty of light. This is aided by the ten small dwarf windows that surround the bay-shaped dining area on three sides. This part of the room also has an absolutely timeless flair, where the impossible seems possible. Be sure to check out the treasures of the fire hydrant on a regular basis (please open carefully) - it will certainly not be to your detriment. The sleeping area - single & double The separate sleeping area completes the furnishings of the first room. Two comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Upon request, the beds can be pushed together to create a full 1.80 meters of sleeping space. // Guestroom 2 // Just relax, enjoy the moment and of course our wonderful oasis of well-being with plenty of space, comfort and modern amenities. The Living/Dining Area - Bright & Friendly - Stylish & Comfortable The second guest room is less enchanted, but just as comfortable. The large windows let in plenty of daylight even when the sky is overcast, and - especially on gray days - give you the feeling of being high up on a cloud. If you prefer something a little more realistic, you can keep up with what's going on with us little earthlings on the big Samsung Smart TV, thanks to free Wi-Fi. And if things get too hot, the built-in air conditioning will cool you down quickly. The beautiful white sofa is the perfect place to watch TV, read or just relax. The dining set with a high table and four large stools is the perfect addition to the room. Just watching the light play on the wood can lead to the most amazing discoveries. You really have to try it :-) Now we come to one of the undisputed highlights: The Sleeping Area - Perfect & Irresistible This wonderfully comfortable box spring bed is 1.60 meters wide and offers the ultimate feel-good experience. The sight alone is so inviting that it's hard not to jump right in. The alcove adds to the inviting character. From breakfast to gourmet dinners, everything is possible. We especially recommend the cozy sitting area. Eating breakfast in the sunlight takes on a whole new meaning here. But it really comes into its own when someone else is cooking. Make yourself comfortable with a delicious drink and keep the chef company. And if you like your food spicy, don't hesitate to give them some good advice :-). "Wellness- Apartment" with sauna !

Beautiful and clean apartment over the roofs of Leipzig. The apartment is nearby some locations of culture, for example the "Schaubühne", the "Westflügel" and the "Spinnerei" gallery of artists. There are also a lot of good restaurantes where you can have a good meal, for example you can eat Chinese food, Spanish food or good German food. You can reach the center of Leipzig very easy with tram ( line 14), car or bicycle in about 10 minutes, if you want. The tram station is only 75m away from the apartment. The kitchen is full equipped with a water boiler, a toaster, two kinds of coffee mashines and certainly with coffee, coffee pads and tea, with a fridge and a oven-but there is no dishwasher. If you want, it is possible that I can fill the fridge for a little thank you. You get internet by WLAN. You get television (flat-sceen 32 inch) by cable and you get radio with a cd-player. The bed is queen sized 55 inch x 78 inch. The apartment is equipped with a modern sauna area with lovely wellness- music and a sauna stove. Have a good time ! There is a free Car- parking place.
