Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Huge Loft Berlin-Mitte with own Bathroom & A/C

Hi, I'm Robert and have been living in Berlin for nearly 25 years. I was born and grew up in the UK. My apartment is very central and extends over 3 floors and 400m². Your ca.25m² air conditioned room is on it's own floor with it's own bathroom. From this floor these is also an external entrance or you can access the rest of the apartment using the amazing winding staircase to the floor above. With U2/U6 (Station Stadtmitte) almost in front of the door, you can reach the main historical and cultural attractions in the center of Berlin within few minutes, even by foot. Our room (15 m2) is fully equipped with a double bed, mattress on the floor, bed clothes, fridge, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels, balcony.

Die Museumsinsel und der Alexanderplatz sind fußläufig erreichbar. Drei U-Bahn-Stationen sind in der Nähe und vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle in Richtung Neukölln und Charlottenburg. Zum Kennenlernen der Stadt die optimale zentrale Lage. Wir sind zur Zeit oft in unserem Atelier, du kannst ungestört sein.

The room has a size of 20 square meters and is part of a large three-room apartment in a residential building in the center of Berlin, built in 1900 and renovated a few years ago. It is furnished with parquet flooring, a large bed, table, desk, chairs, a wardrobe with mirror, piano, a 50 year old radio, wlan and television. The room is isolated from the other rooms of the apartment. A large, modern bathroom and a comfortable kitchen are to be shared.
