Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Apartment on Sunny Hillside and panoramic view

Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Am "Ende der Welt", am Fuße der imposanten Bischofsmütze, sind wir daheim und vermieten im obersten Stockwerk unser neu erbautes Apartment. Der Blick fällt auf Wälder und den Gosaukamm. Wanderer und Bergsteiger profitieren von der Lage, man startet direkt vor der Haustür ins Gosaukammgebiet und auf die Almen. Im Winter sparen sich Skitourengeher und Schneeschuhwanderer die Anfahrt, wunderbare Touren starten vor der Haustür. Die Skiregion Dachstein West ist ca. 5km mit dem Auto entfernt.

In unserer neuen Zirbensauna und in den Chill-Out-Areas könnt Ihr richtig abzuschalten und dem stressigen Alltag entfliehen. Der Bogenhof dient Naturliebhabern als perfekter Ausgangsort, um den Winter in Österreich in seiner ursprünglichsten Form zu erleben. Wir freuen uns auf euch.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Uriges Holzhaus mit Sauna, nahe am Ski-Lift

Uriges Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Ob zu zweit , mit Familie oder mit Freunden - unser Häuschen ist für Selbstversorger bestens ausgestattet. Die Langlaufloipe geht direkt hinterm Garten los und der Ski-Lift ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Von dort genießt man das Skigebiet Dachstein-West-Gosau. Zur absoluten Ruhe kommt man beim Schwitzen in der Faßlsauna. Der Gosaukamm als Kulisse tut sein Übriges. Im Haus sind zwei Kamine, die die gemütliche Atmosphäre noch unterstreichen.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Willkommen im Apartment Bergsonne Lammertal – ruhig gelegen auf 1.000 m Seehöhe in St. Martin am Tennengebirge. Die Unterkunft bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Dusche sowie eine sonnige Terrasse mit Panorama-Bergblick. Im Sommer führen Wanderwege direkt ab der Haustür zu Almen und Badeseen. Im Winter erwarten dich Loipen, Skigebiete und Winterwanderwege ganz in der Nähe. Unser gemütliches Bauernhaus liegt mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau und bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen Sie Wandern, Mountainbiken, Spaziergänge, wunderschöne Almen und Wasserfälle. Familien freuen sich über Freibad, Minigolf und Sommerrodelbahn. Der Skilift Karkogel ist ganz in der Nähe.
