Rosemundy Cottage is full of character and nestled in a quiet part of the lovely village of Lelant, close to St Ives. It is walking distance to the beautiful Porthkidney beach with access to the South West Coast Path. It has a lovely secluded and secure garden with parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway. It sleeps 4 and is dog friendly. It is 200 metres to the local train station with frequent services to St Ives and the rest of Cornwall. The village pubs and restaurants are a short walk away.

Riverside, is a large, attractive apartment enjoying lovely views of the Hayle estuary (RSPB reserve), and is situated close to St Ives in the village of Lelant. It occupies the entire top floor of the Owner's Victorian home, but is entirely separate and is accessed via its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), and has free parking. There is an excellent pub, the popular links course at West Cornwall Golf Club and the white sandy beaches of Porth Kidney and Carbis Bay are nearby.

Running between Carbis Bay and the idyllic village of Lelant is the peaceful Church Lane. From here, a private lane leads to The Links at its far end, bordered by the West Cornwall golf course on two sides and fields on the third. Thanks to the gently undulating downward slope of the course, this property enjoys unbroken views of St Ives Bay, from Godrevy Lighthouse, across the Towans at Gwithian to Lelant's own Porthkidney beach and dunes through which runs the iconic St Ives branch line.

17 Cannery Row is a stunning 3-bed/3-bath quayside house on 3 floors. The views over the calm waters of the estuary are the standout features. A beautiful 3-mile golden sandy beach, Hayle Towans (voted UK’s Best Beach by The Times Jul 24) is only 200m away. The house is tastefully decorated.
