Welcome to beautiful all-sports Wamplers Lake in the heart of the Irish Hills, Michigan! This all-season, lakefront home is the perfect East shore location on Wamplers Lake with a private dock, private sandy beach with a packed sandy lake bottom gradually continuing for 200 yards. This area of the East shore of Wamplers is called the Gold Coast with our sandy beach bottom and THE golden spot to enjoy the most epic evening sunsets! Hayes State Park is located down the street for boat launch.

This stunning lakefront home features an expansive yard and private dock, making it ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Other amenities include a firepit, outdoor grill, kayaks/paddleboards and plenty of outdoor seating. The property also offers a pontoon boat available for rent, perfect for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Sand Lake. So, grab your family and friends and spend a day on the water, taking in the breathtaking scenery and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Bring the whole family/friend group (up to 10 people) to this charming lake community in Brooklyn’s Irish Hills. The neighborhood sits on a chain of 5 country lakes. While the house isn’t lakefront, it includes lake access via a shared dock (w/2 kayaks) less than a block away! We'll also provide a list of nearby lakes—incl. those w/eateries & boat rentals--as our region has 52 lakes & 4,300 acres of inland public water. We’re mins. away from Michigan International Speedway & 3 wineries.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located on the canal just off of Wampler's Lake. You have waterfront access to both Wamplers Lake, Iron lake and round lake. Walking distance to delicious Jerry's Pub for good food and family fun. Enjoy the "man cave" full of arcade games and a pool table! Bring your own or take advantage of the provided kayak/ paddle boards! Boat and water toy parking plentiful at the house!
