Au rez-de-chaussée : salon, cuisine avec espace repas, salle de bain. Chambre en mezzanine. En extérieur, vous pourrez profiter d’un jardin avec piscine et terrasse. Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Ce logement situé dans une maison en bois avec entrée indépendante, construite dans un style moderne. Il s'agit d'une occasion unique de passer du temps dans une véritable maison finlandaise. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

Un patio pour vos petits déjeuners et repas en plein air, une piscine et sa terrasse avec vue sur les Causses.

Our 1 bedroom cottage was renovated in 2022 and offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!
