Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

Spacious vintage upstairs apartment with hard wood floors, high ceilings and tall windows. Bathroom has a claw foot tub/shower. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry and Gym in the same room. Gym has treadmill, stair master and free weights. Huge bar/game room has a pool table and games. Deck overlooks downtown. Large bedrooms with closet/drawer space. It is a vintage building that has old hardwood floors, strange plug ins, antique hardware on doors, and some stairs to climb to get to it.

Golden Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We pay homage to the Golden Girls in this beautiful completely remodeled house. Come and enjoy your time in Norton. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed with a private bathroom. The other bedrooms have a Queen and a twin trundle. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry makes you feel right at home. Animal, Hunter, and Traveler friendly LQ Studio

✝️ See cliff notes section of “The Space” below PRIOR to booking! The cozy 15’x15’ LQ (Living Quarters) studio has a full kitchen, and attached full bathroom. Flexible sleeping set-up with 2 twin xl beds, OR 1 split king setup. On our working farm, with various animals on-site, next to a major highway and an active rail-road track, The LQ is loaded with amenities for both hunters and travelers. My Place

My Place is conveniently located right off Rt. 36, and centrally located 18 miles from Norton and 23 miles from Prairie Dog State Park. Phillipsburg is 15 miles, and past that is Kirwin Wildlife Refuge The beds have gel infused memory foam mattress toppers, LR has a 32" TV w/Amazon Prime, bathroom includes grooming essentials, kitchenette includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk. Free use of washer/dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and USB charging station.

1906 Cottage Garden

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.

Fishing and Hunting Getaway!!

Whole house available for you and up to 6 guest total. There is a traeger grill available to use if needed. Washer and dryer is available for washing clothes. One full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plenty of parking and there are two additional building on the property available if needed. Coffee pot available, paper plates, and utensils available for our guests as well.

Liberty Lodge is located just minutes away from Kirwin Reservoir. The reservoir is known as the goose capital of Kansas. It also known for its great walleye and crappie fishing. The lodge comes with everything you will need for your stay. DirecTV television, large garage to clean game or fish, and plenty of parking to park vehicles, boats etc.
