Ich vermiete eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung im Souterrain, circa 38 m² groß und voll ausgestattet. Stammham liegt in Oberbayern, circa 12 km nördlich von Ingolstadt/Audi, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt zur A9, München 55 Minuten, Regensburg ca. 1 Std, Nürnberg 55 Minuten, IngolstadtVillage 10 Minuten, zum Donaudurchbruch ca. 30 Minuten und in den Naturpark Altmühltal ca. 13 Minuten. Wir haben einen Netto-Supermarkt, Gaststätten, Metzger, Bäcker, einen Arzt und eine Raiffeisenbank im Ort.

Kingsize Doppelbett ,Queensize Doppelbett und kleine Schlafcouch. Wohnung wurde neu renoviert. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine alles da.
