You have full use of the property, fully equipped main kitchen, pool and beach access. The main house and property offer a peaceful place right on the beach. This is an adult oriented property intended to relax. The Gatehouse is ideal for longer-term stays or working vacations, but works well for a week get a way.

You'll have this stylish casita all to yourself as you enjoy the sound of surf and the ocean views from the loft. You will likely pass more cows than people as you walk on the beach. September to November is sea turtle nesting season and there are various surf breaks within walking distance.
