An ideal studio for a couple or for a family of 3. It has a double bed, a small folding bed, kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with spectacular sea view. It also has a private garden, outside the building, one floor below.. The apartment is easily accessible from the center, bars and restaurants, grocery stores and the train station. Fabio was a planner of the 5T Park and has lots of info. A tourist tax of € 3 per person/day not included in Airbnb is to be paid on arrival (max. € 9 per person).

It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.
