L’ appartamento si trova n posizione dominante sul Lago Maggiore e sull’antico borgo di Belgirate, situato all’interno di un residence di sole, otto unità, una delle poche soluzioni con piscina nei dintorni (condivisa con poche un ed aperta da metà Giugno fino a fine Settembre). A pochi minuti di cammino si arriva al lago ed in centro paese dove si trovano tutti i servizi principali: mini market, bar, ristoranti, lavanderia, farmacia, tabacchieria .Parcheggio auto all’interno del residence

La casa sul lago, relax e quiete meditativa, Orta

Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole. Un corridoio conduce alla camera da letto, con letto francese e il balconcino con vista sul lago e un bel tavolino. Accanto c'è il bagno con doccia.

The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

(20 minuti in auto). Inoltre saremo lieti di offrire l'assistenza necessaria perché i nostri ospiti possano cogliere il meglio dell'interessante territorio circostante.
