Ειναι ενας μοντερνος χωρος με κλιματισμο που το κανει καταληλο για καθε εποχη! Διαθετει διπλο κρεβατι,χωρο καθιστικου με ένα μικρό καναπε(ο καναπές έχει λεπτό στρώμα αλλά μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κάποιος) και ανετο σκαμπο πουφ,συγχρονη εξοπλισμενη κουζινα! Εχει δικο του ανεξαρτητο μπαλκονι 30τ.μ. που θα απολαυσετε την εξαιρετικη θεα τις παλιας γραφικης πολης!

Evcil hayvanlar için uygundur. Bahçe tamamen sizlere aittir. Sabah kahvenizi yudumlayabileceğiniz veya akşamları keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz oturma alanları mevcuttur. Bahçede, kış aylarında ateş kovasında ateş yakabilirsiniz. Kış aylarında ise yerden ısıtma sistemi ile konforlu şekilde ısınmaktadır.

Guests can harvest from our organic garden (seasonal) and cook in the outdoor kitchen. We've enhanced shaded outdoor areas and upgraded cooling for a perfect stay in all seasons.

The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Synoikismos, very close to all local businesses (pharmacy, mini market, bakery, greengrocer, pastry shop, etc.) and just a few minutes away from the city center. It is an ideal choice for either a short getaway or a longer stay.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.
