It is a bright modern apartment with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. 200 meters from the port and 300 meters from the beach. Well maintained garden with lush lawn and palm and pine trees. Baby pool and big pool. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets within minutes walking distance. Near to everything but in a quiet street. El piso tiene mucha luz ya que se encuentra frontal al mar , con una terraza con vistas a Palamos y al puerto de Platja d'Aro, Excelente ubicacion para pasar unas vacaciones bien relax. Solo una rambla lo separa de la playa. A solo 150 metros de la avenida comercial con una seleccion de negocios de alto standing.
