Unique remote location on family farm. A secluded stone house with 50 ' deck overlooking Beaver Lake. Watch & hear amazing wildlife! Open kitchen, dining/living room, woodstove, tile floors 2 bedrooms; larger with queen, smaller 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds in living room. 2 new bathrooms, laundry room, picnic table, BBQ, access to Sinking creek, 9 acre lake to fish & 400 acre farm to explore! Cozy Corners

Cozy Corners, built in 1945, offers approximately 900 sq. ft. You, my guests, are recipients of the wall verses that I put on the walls while I was living there, before I knew the house's future occupation. Due to my personal life style and choices, I do not provide TV, but I am now offering WiFi. Pets (pet fee applies) and children are welcome, but no additional supplies are provided at this time. A Ring doorbell monitors both outside doors. Come enjoy my favorite home town known as mural city.

Columbia Street Carriage House

Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

Main Street Retreat, walk to downtown Ironton

Welcome to Mainstreet Retreat, this two bedroom bungalow is nestled a few blocks from the town square of Ironton. There are several shops and restaurants in close proximity, the home features a covered front porch to enjoy mountain views, the bathroom has recently been updated! This home has a patio in the back, with a stainless steel firepit, off street parking, the property is only a short drive away from several of the state parks around the area, Elephant Rocks being about 5 minutes away!

Explore nearby Fugitive Beach, Current River & the beautiful Montauk State Park. A cabin highlight is the wrapped upper decking for an memorable outdoor movie night or relax with your locally roasted coffee. At night, sit around the fire pit & listen to the sounds of the Ozarks. The Bronze is one of its kind & a perfect couples retreat.

With a secluded lake out the back door and two fire pits for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, there are plenty of outdoor activities without even leaving the property. Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

St Francis River: The Blue Yurt and Hot Tub

Let your adventure begin inside the tranquil experience of this 20 ft yurt. Don't let the space fool you, the uniquely curved walls give ample space for a romantic getaway or a relaxing time with friends. The clear dome top provides a magical viewing experience from the queen size bed. The yurt is nestled in the heart of the Ozark Mountains. The expansive, romantically lighted, wrap-around deck provides a panoramic view of the St. Francis River where you can immerse yourself in the hot tub.

Black River Dobbins House & Pavilion, Lesterville

This one of a kind historic home is located in the heart of Lesterville within walking distance to the local stores and restaurants. Included with stay is a private pavilion located on the crystal clear Black River less than a mile away. If floating of any kind is on your agenda, free shuttle to the house is available from some of the local campgrounds when you use them to navigate the black river. This home is just minutes away from Johnson's Shut Ins State Park and Elephant Rocks.

This small, yet cozy apartment is the perfect getaway during the summer when you’re ready to enjoy the water or even during the colder months. Close to the highway, Off road parking space close to the door. Well mannered pets welcome, ill mannered humans not so much.
