A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

It has good WiFi access, off street parking, and is close to restaurants, shops, a laundromat, post office, and library.

The cabin sits among the vines on our working vineyard at Blame Mabel. It opens straight onto the rows. A simple country kitchen, sunlit and arranged for cooking at your own pace. A fire gets lit in cooler months, and the bedroom wakes with the sun. Outside, a table sits where the light hits the vines. Blame Mabel is within reach of Geelong and Melbourne, yet the property has the calm and space of the country all to itself. There’s no television. Reception comes and goes. Nights are still.

Entire use of self contained unit and access to Spa (Bathers to be worn please as not a bath tub for bathing in but relaxing in, full kitchen with gas hotplates and oven, queen bed, if you require seperate beds then you must book for 3 adults and sofa bed will be available cannot sleep more than 4. Close to the Barwon river if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. A few minutes to the ring road for easy access to surfcoast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions around Geelong. Unfortunately not suitable for children or animals.

Just 3 minute walk to the Barwon river, 10 minutes walk to the local shops - with two pubs, three coffee shops, small supermarket, butcher, baker, candlestick maker, and everything you need for short stay in a country town one hours drive from the centre of Melbourne.
