Our cottage home has a modern farmhouse feel with designer selected finishes. There is a bedroom downstairs with a full bathroom attached, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. You will have use of a washer and dryer, WiFi, a full kitchen, and can park your vehicle under a covered carport. There is a fenced backyard with outdoor seating and grill. The house is located within walking distance from Harding University. No tobacco, marijuana, or other drugs allowed anywhere on the property.

THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. It is centrally located, just one block from Spring Park, the downtown area, Wild Sweet Williams bakery, Knight's Barbeque, Starbucks and more.
