Enjoy the backyard to yourself! 1 Comfortable queen bed &1 cozy sofa , 65" TV, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, full bath with beautiful shower, and multiple patio sets to enjoy the lush tropical backyard and sunshine. Outdoor surf shower and a hammock to relax in. Close/walking distance to the ocean, park, great local restaurants/bars.

With wifi, coffee and beach towels to surfboards and beach chairs, the house is stocked with many things to help you enjoy your trip.

The Hideaway Leucadia is a 1 bd 1 ba detached space on our property with it's own private entrance and yard. Fully equipped for long term stays. It boasts 13' tall ceilings with exposed beams, artisanal finishes and boho socal decor. The couch is a pull out to sleep two additional guests. There is an outdoor firepit and market lights to enjoy summer nights in Southern California. Close to many famous surf spots; Beacons, Swamis, Ponto etc.

Beach is Open! Beautiful Leucadia Townhome with Amazing 180 degree Ocean View, parking, laundry, beach accessories, surfboards, and Steps to Beacon's Beach Access. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please note: The fenced yard is for the downstairs condo. The upper unit has the wonderful view, beach supplies and outdoor shower just at the base of the stairs.
