Goodman Cottage | Close to downtown & kayaking

This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Vintage bowling alley, coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a very newly renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

Cute Cottage on Deer Lake - 4mi to Boyne Mountain

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. Cozy Cottage on the Lake.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

Cozy Lake House

Come and relax at our cozy lakefront cabin located in the beautiful Lakes of the North neighborhood. Centrally located, just 15 minutes west of Gaylord, to explore all of Northern Michigan. Enjoy many outdoor activities including the numerous ATV trails, swimming, hiking, our neighborhood golf course (Deer Run) or just enjoy a bonfire on the cabin's 1.75 acres. The 5 acre lake is only steps away and there are 2 larger lakes in the neighborhood too.
