Mountain View Apartment

We offer a quiet and extremely clean place. We are only 6 miles from Belleayre Mtn Ski Center. Restaurants are nearby. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, the light, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. WIFI is 300mbps. We have security cameras outside only, EV Charging station on the property. We now have an outdoor fire pit (wood not included). We also have a standby generator in case of a power failure.

Yanity House

You will have access to the entire house fully furnished. Pet's are welcome just keep paws clean its a beige rug. We want everyone to be comfortable, so please let us know how and what you would like to see improved if you rent the unit. We will improve the unit as per guest suggestions. Currently we do not have cable but we do have a dvd and game system in the living room - All the bedrooms have TV's, dvd players or bring your streaming device There currently is no phone but cell service works

Alpine Ridge - Mtn. Views, Fire Pit, Pizza Oven

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. We're nestled on 15 acres of hikable land on the side of the mountain, just a five minute drive from the Westkill Brewery, the famous Devil's Path hiking trail and Diamond Notch Falls. 17 miles from Hunter and 18 from Windham, Spruceton Valley is one of the most beautiful places in the entire Catskills w/ views for miles and hiking in abundance. The cabin is well set up as a retreat for a couple, a getaway for two couples or a family.

It is nature’s spa. In the winter, after a day of skiing at one of the many nearby ski mountains, nestle in by the fire, on our comfy couch, and cook in our well-equipped kitchen.
