This stylish seaside home is located in one of the best areas of Shengjin: on the pine tree beachfront, close to some of the best sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, but also quiet in the evening to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine with Sea view! The apartment is furnished to the finest detail, combining great quality and high comfort. It is brand new and has all necessary facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen, very fast Wifi and a huge Smart TV. It can comfortably host up to 4 people.

Holiday home

The house is old but reconstructed in the years 2002-2008. It has architectural value since it has been preserved without damage because reconstruction interventions are done with care. The house is undependable and has two rooms on the ground floor one of which has and wood-fired chimney and a small bathroom.The distance from the towns of Shkodra and Lezha is about 23 km. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

Welcome to our cozy beachfront apartment in Shëngjin! Located on the 6th floor with elevator, it has a side sea view, 1 bedroom, sofa bed, baby bed, A/C, WiFi, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for 5–6 guests. Public or paid parking is available near the building. Supermarket downstairs. We welcome pets with an additional cleaning fee of €30 per stay. Ideal for families or couples with small children looking to relax by the sea.
