Στους ανακαινισμένους ,το 2021, χώρους του μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα παρέχοντας δυο υπνοδωμάτια με κουζίνα, καθιστικό και δυο μπάνια. Διαθέτει μεγάλους υπαίθριους χώρους με καθιστικά και τραπεζαρία, καθώς και αυτόνομο βοηθητικό χώρο πλυντηρίου. Η απόσταση από την υπέροχη παραλία είναι μόλις 50μ.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.

We have a new house and we are so happy. Unfortunately we will not be able to go there all the time (which we would love of course). That's why we offer it here. The house is located in the Lichnaftia valley, beautifully hidden between mountain and see, 200 meters from the beach. Cozy with natural rough garden and terraces. Ideal place to relax, swim and walk.
