E' composto da un'unica stanza con angolo cottura,tavolo, letto matrimoniale, divano, bagno/doccia. Lavatrice in ripostiglio. Posto auto libero. Si trova a Lido, comodissimo per la spiaggia ed economico per chi vuole visitare la città ed essere tranquillo. Chi pretende di essere in centro città e spendere così poco come propongo io, vada in un'altra casa. NON C'È WIFI.

Accogliente e confortevole appartamento molto soleggiato e con vista mozzafiato ubicato nel vero centro città in cui abitano ancora molti veneziani .Attorno si trovano numerosi negozi di frutta e verdura ,panetterie e ben 3 supermercati! Il mio alloggio è molto vicino al trasporto pubblico da e per aeroporto,ferrovia ,piazzale roma (bus e auto ) Rialto e S.Marco! (che si possono raggiungere anche a piedi !)E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini)

Mini loft sopra il tetto della Chiesa di San Simeon Piccolo. Posizione unica. Un ingresso molto singolare per salire al quarto e ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un edificio storico in posizione strategica. Il loft dispone di una ampia altana (terrazza) panoramica sopra i tetti, con accesso diretto e uso esclusivo. Lo spazio esterno é attrezzato con tavolino, sedie, lettini da spiaggia e una (seconda) doccia funzionante. Sarà un soggiorno indimenticabile a Venezia centro storico 🥰

Ca' Mirò your penthouse with terrace

At only 25 meters from the Gran Canal and from vaporetto's stops, a whimsical, light filled loft awaits you. This cozy space overlooks a garden, and has a small terrace on the rooves of Venice. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The apartment is scrupulously cleaned, disinfected and sanitized with ozone.
