Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Bike rental next door. pool open may 30 to the 15th of september Tourist tax: € 1 per person per night from 12 years old to be paid locally from 1st May till 30 September. Kayaks are also available for renting in the center.

Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

This detached house is located in Mira, in the province of Venice. It is a quiet and peaceful place, spacious and furnished with style. There is a small garden, patio and whirlpool (only in the summer ).
