The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . Posizione super-centrale, si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla fermata dei trasporti pubblici per Venezia e Aeroporto, 10 min dalla Biennale, 15 minuti da Piazza San Marco. A pochi metri: supermercato, farmacia, tabaccheria, caffè e ristoranti.

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.

Ca' Felice Lido - a magnificent 2-in-1 holiday

In passato la mia casa ha accolto attori ma sopratutto pittori. Potrete godere dei dipinti, e delle icone lasciate dagli amici su tutte le pareti di casa, tutto originale. Sono contenta di condividere questa arte con i miei ospiti. Dedicate qualche minuto ai quadri, alle opere e ai mobili, tutta la casa ha pezzi di novecento italiano. Una casa grande, perfetta per ospitare famiglie numerose o gruppi. No entrance ticket to Venice required!
