An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

The beach is just a 7–10 minute walk away: warm sea, therapeutic magnetite-rich sand, and a wide shoreline without crowds, even in high season. What’s nearby Dendrological Park – Neatly landscaped paths, rare trees, and small ponds. Perfect for a morning jog or a relaxed walk with coffee.
