Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Au coeur de la grande champagne, dans une longère du 17ème siècle, ce logement de 130 m2 peut accueillir 6 personnes mais peut recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes en journée (grande salle à manger). Ce logement bénéficie de toutes les commodités : wifi haut débit, home cinema (Netflix, Prime vidéo...), buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec 4 feux (induction, et vitro céramique), un four traditionnel et un four micro ondes. L'étage est climatisé.

Maison rénovée de 48 m2 totalement indépendante. Agréable à vivre, tout y est pour se sentir chez soi. ne vous embarrassez pas... linges de lit et serviettes tout est prevue. La mezzanine est mensardee. Elle comporte de belles poutres. Nous avons mis un detecteur mais il faudra faire attention a votre tete. Le Moulin des Collinauds

In the heart of the Cognac vineyards and close to a village of character, we propose you to taste the rustic charm of an old restored mill on the banks of the small river Le Collinaud. It has an enclosed and shaded garden as well as a large field for outdoor games. The swimming pool located nearby is to be shared with the vacationers of the 4-person gîte and the guest rooms located on the Domaine des Collinauds.

Venez découvrir la campagne Charentaise, au coeur du Vignoble Cognaçais, en Grande Champagne, au sein d'une exploitation viticole. Je mets à votre disposition un logement neuf de 50m² attenant à ma maison, mais totalement indépendant. Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine familiale chauffée de mai à octobre. Suivant ma disponibilité, je me ferais un plaisir de vous faire visiter notre distillerie.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)

Cabane dans les bambous, les pieds dans l'eau

Bienvenue dans notre cabane en bois avec son feu de cheminée et sa barque. La cabane se trouve au bord d'un étang et à coté d'une forêt. Ici vous trouverez le calme et les sons de la nature. Nous habitons dans une impasse dans un petit hameau, à 2km du centre de Ronsenac, 5km de Villebois-Lavalette et 25min au sud d'Angoulême.

Tiny house « La petite garenne »

La Petite Garenne est une tiny house, vous savez ces petites maisons sur roue venues tout droit des Etats-Unis. Son toit en forme d'ogive et son bardage en peuplier "cuit" lui donne une touche soooo chic qui ne devrait pas vous laisser indifférent(e). Réduction de 10% pour 2 nuitées et 20% pour 3 nuitées !!
