Immerse yourself in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the fully renovated, all new fixtures & furnishings providing a modern interior with a homely feel. The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Beautiful 2 bedroom home with great views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A 2 bedroom home with queen beds, plus a double bed in the comfy, leather couch should you need an extra bed. The home has a massive outdoor dining area with a BBQ. Inside is a split system for heating/cooling and a coonara fireplace for cold, wintry weather. Firewood can usually be purchased from the Bonnie Doon service station. Views from every window, pet friendly, a 10 minute drive to the local pub (dogs welcome) and lake. Come and enjoy!

Family Cabin #14 - 2 Bedroom Fully Self Contained

Our Fully Self-Contained 2 Bedroom Ensuite Cabins have everything you need to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Sleeping up to 5 adults & a child (adults not permitted to sleep on top bunks) our cabins feature a kitchen with microwave, 4 burner stove (no oven), fridge/freezer, lounge/dining area plus a separate bathroom with toilet. All cabins have split system heating & cooling plus a covered outdoor deck area. All you have to do is sit back & enjoy a relaxing holiday amongst the trees.

Top of the Hill House - view the silo art trail!

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Cosy 1 bedroom farm stay guesthouse

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Yarramalong 2 bedroom cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 15 minutes from Mansfield this gorgeous cottage with full kitchen, comfy beds, fireplace in lounge is sure to fulfil your needs. A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Oak Gully in Lima South

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

Sawmill Cottage Farm

Tucked away at the edge of Victoria’s High Country is Sawmill Cottage Farm. Our open plan cottage is an ideal place for those looking for a relaxing getaway, perfect for couples or friends Explore King Valley’s wineries, or just slow down enjoy the views over the valley, soak up the peaceful country vibes and meet the animals. Summer is on its way and the perfect time to cool off in our magnesium salt swimming pool Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, farm fresh eggs, and homemade bacon.

Whether you're visiting to relax or get out to explore the region this location will have you enjoying everything the high country has to offer all year round.

Check us out on Instagram @yeltukka Yeltukka Dairy lakeside cottage offers an opportunity for guests to explore the wonderful surroundings of Mansfield and Victoria's high country. Situated 45 minutes from the ski slopes of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling guests can easily take day trips to the snow.

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.
