Old Scragg Farm Cottage No. 1

It is a semi-detached cottage which is set in a tranquil courtyard with two other unique cottages. It is surrounded by 2.5 acres of gardens. The cottage has a unique design reflecting old Ireland with Modern Amenities. Location is 4 miles from the village of Emly which has shops and a restaurant. The local pub is a 10 minute walk from the cottage, and is a real Irish pub with mud walls and full of character. There are many nearby attractions which include Golf Courses. Mountain Biking etc.

Castleville

A Spacious 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heritage village of Tuamgraney. Near O'Grady Tower (15th century) and St. Cronan's Church (10th century) the oldest functioning in Ireland. Self catering with fully equipped kichen/ utility. Bar/restaurant 1 min walk. Shop, fuel, fast food 5 min. Near Lough Derg providing easy access to kayaking, canoeing, sailing, boat trips, fishing etc. Local buses. Numerous festivals, bars, restaurants, heritage sites and walks within 20 mins drive.

This apartment was renovated in 2019 but as the original building is over 100 years old there were limitations in the level of sound proofing that could be carried out. As a result sound can travel from within the building and from main city centre street.
