Stylish & spacious 4 bedroom family home

Stylish home perfectly located in charming Shannon-side village in County Limerick. House finished to a high standard, hardwood floors, well equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, underfloor heating, pressurised showers. 3 double rooms all with king sized beds, two with private bathrooms, 1 smaller bedroom with Kingsize bed, one family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a large, beautifully designed mature garden, with outdoor dinning table, BBQ, glasshouse & dedicated office space.

The River Cottage.

This cottage has a double bedroom with a super king bed, a single bedroom, a large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and sitting room with TV, dining area and two sofa beds. It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden.
