O’Deas Cottage - Farm Stay

Odea's cottage, built in the early 1900's, is situated on an operating cattle & sheep farm. The cottage is a rustic, self-contained getaway accommodating for up to 4 people. Perfect location just off the Dukes Highway, less than 200 km from Adelaide. Whether your looking for a weekend away or a convenient stopover. Being located on a farm it could make your experience unique including seeing our animal - sheep, cattle, chickens, guinea fowl & also native wildlife - birds, kangaroos, etc.

Fully immerse yourself in Coonawarra with The Winemakers House at The Blok. Sitting amongst the vines the 3 bedroom house is walking distance to many of the fantastic winery cellar doors of Coonawarra. Situated just 2kms from Penola guests can enjoy peace and privacy without the isolation. The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a wood fire for the colder months. Great for an intimate weekend for two or a fun getaway with friends, the house can sleep up to 8 guests.

Walk the grassy lane (1.5km) to the Woakwine Conservation Reserve and observe rare birds and flora. Gorgeous Long beach is a 2 minute drive! Robe town centre is a 5 minute drive. Do a Milking Tour or Camel Safari! Family friendly.

Bear Cottage - Natural wonders

Bear Cottage is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage and has a nice slow combustion fire fitted in the lounge area and lovely feature wall of Native Australian pine. The bathroom has a shower over bath and is fitted out with red cedar and Blackwood. The cottage is Tim and Pam's eclectic mix of antiques' wood, bears and a touch of art deco. PS. The maximum guests incl. children is 6. Airbnb give us no way of listing max. number of people, only adults.

Plovers Rest at Cape Douglas
