"The Eagles Nest" Cozy Cottage by the Bay-

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Located in the quaint Nelscott neighborhood the house is walking distances to shops, restaurants, the oregon coast's largest bookstore, and Theatre West. There are lots of things to do in Lincoln city: shop at the outlet mall, gamble at the casino, take a culinary class, go to the local museum, check out a hike, take a surf lesson, or just hang at the house and watch the wales, surfers and waves from one of our two decks. Bad weather? Just cozy up to the fireplace and watch the storm.

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. Whether it is watching the whales from the hot tub, enjoying the sunset from the fire pit or joining the endless surfers you will always have a memory to take home with you. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.

Lil Nantucket by the Sea

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

Stormy Bay Cottage has space to spare for your family in this two bedroom, two and a half bath cottage with a spacious loft. We know family also includes those with four legs so pets are welcome for a nominal cleaning fee. The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.

Unwind in the upper-deck hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy movie nights with a 77” OLED TV w/ surround sound and an additional 65” OLED TV. Dog-friendly (dogs only).
