The Guest House

Ultra modern. Can sleep 7 with spacious master bedroom, queen remote temperpedic. Loft bedroom queen, king sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair. Large two person shower. 2 large screen smart TVs. Unlimited high speed internet. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Basic toiletries and laundry supplies provided. Absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING on premises. 4 min drive to Danville, 45 to Lex, 30 to Amish, 10 to Centre College. The NIGHLTY rate is for 4 people. It will change w/ 5-7 people.

Country Charm

This house is on a peaceful country road and has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a double driveway for parking. The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. You will find water and soda in the refrigerator. Nearby are the Cedar Creek Lake, Lincoln County Fairground, and the Boyle County Airport. It's very near Stanford, Kentucky, about ten miles from Danville, and ten from Lancaster.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, utility room, kitchen, living room, and small sitting room/office. We have a TV, DVD player, microwave, TV antenna, Roku and WIFI. We are close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love it here because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property. It’s 8 miles from Highway 27, and 8 miles from Liberty & Tarter Industries on 127. 2 Bedroom Home in Junction City

This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more. We hope that you enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the simple home they have lived in for many years.
