This cottage has a new kitchen with granite counter tops, new bath and all new furniture.

Rustic, two story, waterfront cottage sits on piers over the water on a quiet cove minutes from open ocean. Beautiful water views on all sides and stunning sunsets make this a very special location. Wake to the sound of lobster boats, enjoy meals on the deck, watch seals, sea birds and sailboats at sunset. Kayak from the dock. First floor kitchen, dining/sitting area plus sunroom. Second floor bedroom and bath. Water views up and down the cove. Minimum 7 day stay.

Tiny House Cottage

Close to town center, yet quiet area! This Tiny House Cottage is located on the same property as Lobster Cove Cottages and has great views. This cottage has WATERFRONT ACCESS and kayaks (and lifejackets) for your use at any time! Restaurants are within walking distance, the beach is just across the cove. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers! Please be advised, YES it is a tiny house & YES there is a separate kitchenette to use.

Pemaquid Harbor Waterfront Cottage

Cozy and *very* rustic 1930s family cottage overlooking Pemaquid Harbor. Enjoy gorgeous views of the working harbor during the day and gather around the fireplace at night. Short drive to town for shops and restaurants, as well as historic sites, beaches, and hiking. It's not winterized, so the water is off and the cottage is closed between October and late May. A small tidal beach is a 5 minute walk away, and it's a 4 minute walk to the shared dock.
