The house is cozy but the sea breeze keeps things fresh. Truly a slice of heaven!

This is one of two, two bedroom cottages located on Rutherfords Island in South Bristol, Maine. These cottages are next to each other.Our electricity is provided by our grid tied solar array. We are a five minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, the Damariscotta Rive,and John's Bay. South Bristol is a small town 14 miles from Damariscotta,where the closest grocery store is located. We are a working fishing village, and lobsters and fresh fish are readily available at the local lobster pounds.

Greenland Cove Coastal Cabin

Our serene cottage sits on 16 private acres on the north end of Greenland Cove in Muscongus Bay. A short walk will get you to the ocean to swim off the rocks, stroll on our fern covered paths and take in the breathtaking views of the cove and nearby estuary and salt pond. There is a large amount of bird and sea life, including bald eagles, blue heron, osprey, seals and plenty of fish. 15 minutes to town. East Boothbay Guest Suite on Little River.

This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak access at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
