Enjoy our new hot tub, and grilling deck right outside master bedroom. Lavish soaking tub in master bath. Only 4 minutes to golf, 10 minutes to capital city, Augusta, and 45 minutes to skiing as well as Atlantic Ocean!

Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Stella is a cabin-style, pet-friendly studio apartment on 100 acres of wooded property. Enjoy the property's amenities (trails, kayaking, canoeing, axe throwing, wood-fired pizza oven) and return to your comfortable space with a hot tub, power, heat, and plumbing! Stella is located at the start of the land, above our storage building, has plenty of parking and can be reached with 2wd vehicles. This is a new space, exterior is unfinished. Master bedroom-Queen Second bedroom- Full/Double Living room -large sectional Queen air mattress Possible sleep 8 The address is 34 Homestead Rd , but this app has it as fire road - it is the same ! I do have a business down in basement -hair salon- not typically an issue ( I try not to be open when I have guests)

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge.
