It’s on the 3rd floor, LOTS of steps and quite high up- so not for those scared of heights. Note: Severe Drought in Midcoast Maine. Must be willing to practice conservative water usage. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak launch at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

I'm located in mid coast Maine near Damariscotta, Camden, Rockland, Augusta, etc. There is heat and WiFi a microwave a kettle, coffee maker, TV and refrigerator and other items for your convenience. It is not a kitchen but as many amenities as I can accommodate. You are welcome here to enjoy the privacy, comfort and convenience here.
