Renovated in 2021 the house was built in the late 1930's and is the only residence left in the commercial district of Chapmanville, Wv. This house is excellently located right off of the Main Street (Rt.10) and the train tracks running through town. A dozen restaurants, shopping, liquor, grocery and sight seeing are all within walking distance. Bring your UTV or a trailer full, we can accommodate you, plenty of parking. The town is ATV/UTV friendly to trailriders. Trail connects within miles!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are located on Rt. 119 in Chapmanville within just a few miles of several of the Hatfield/McCoy Trails, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Burger King is within walking distance as well as Dunkin (opening fall 2023) and Exxon gas station. Rocky trails is located on several acres in a beautiful mountain setting and only 5 minutes from the trail connector and chief Logan state park. Grill/firepit area with plenty outdoor seating.

Uses well water; safe but has a natural smell. Book only if comfortable. A spacious retreat less than a mile from the Ivy Branch Trailhead, ideal for trailriders. This charming property boasts four comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. Relax and unwind in the cozy living room or have fun in the game room. The full kitchen provides everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the convenient laundry area ensures a hassle-free stay.

Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails.
