Please be respectful to our neighbors. No parties or events. Absolutely no pets or smoking. Maximum of 5 guests.

HOA has security cameras in public areas, but no cameras are present in our private unit.

There are only 2 steps required to enter the condo--almost free steps! You can do lots of activities within the resort, biking riding, walking, swimming, fishing and lots of more and nearby towns are within the walking distance.
