Located in the heart of Lincoln, NH just minutes from Loon Mountain and North Woodstock. Great restaurants, stores to satisfy all necessities, tons of activities and beautiful scenery. This property is set right on the Pemigawesett River. Fantastic view and all just steps out the back door. Area attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whales Tail water park, Santa's Village, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley, North Conway and much more!! Franconia Notch, 10-15 minutes drive to hiking, skiing at Loon or Cannon , 30 min to Waterville Valley. Snowshoe out the door by the river. My Swiss heritage makes me a supurb cleaner. Wifi. Parking. Just one mile from North Woodstock town and 15 minutes to hundreds of trails and attractions. Skiing at loon 15 minutes, Ice castles next door. ALSO NO hidden costs or cleaning fees added (we figure you should see what you are paying up front!).
